Rochdale Pétanque were delighted to welcome Charles and Paul, trainers from Pétanque England.
Organised by Pétanque North West, the day was split into two sessions: a morning session for beginners or those with limited experience, and an afternoon session for more experienced players looking to develop their skills further. Both sessions covered essential techniques, match tactics, and game etiquette.
A friendly melee competition also ran throughout the day, adding a fun and competitive element to the event.
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Participants said they thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and found the coaching from Charles and Paul to be both informative and valuable. Everyone agreed it was a beneficial day of learning and play.
We hope to host more of these training sessions in the near future.
