Today Rochdale Pétanque welcomed players for Pétanque North West’s Regional Doubles, with teams from both Rochdale and Trafford battling it out for the PNW Trophy.
As always, the standard of play was exceptionally high, with plenty of close matches – and some very long games in the final! It also gave youngster Jack a chance to step in, learn from more experienced players, and get some valuable tips. Jack had come along to cheer on his dad James and uncle Tom, who were competing in their very first tournament.
