Despite Storm Ashley and the awful weather in the morning, Rochdale P\u00e9tanque visited the new Burnley P\u00e9tanque Club<\/a>, although it was a little breezy the weather improved and the sun even came out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 20 players took part in a 3 round melee on Burnley’s pistes and had a very enjoyable afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Prairie Sports Village has some lovely facilities, with a cafe etc very close to the pistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If any other clubs would like to arrange to go to Burnley P\u00e9tanque Club<\/a> then I\u2019m sure <\/a>it can be arranged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to Dennis at Burnley<\/a> for arranging the afternoon and well done on your hard work to make Petanque a part of Burnley\u2019s sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
