\nHome captain to check their competition are coming
\nHome teams to ensure catering arrangements in place for hosting
\nHome team rules apply – Hosting home team captain – please highlight obvious contentious rules
\nAll games to be refereed.
\nIf a boule is removed before each team agreed the end, the opposing team take the points + 1 point each boules moved
\nMatch Cancellation and Rearrangement
\nAny match may be rescheduled subject to agreement between 2 team captains.
\nIf a Team cannot play then they must give the opposing team 3 days\u2019 notice to cancel or potentially suffer forfeit
\nWhen a game is postponed by agreement between the Captains, the Captain agreeing to the postponement should offer the postponing Captain three alternative dates to play the postponed match within two weeks of the original fixture.
\nThe postponing Captain must accept one of these dates and the match played – if the game has not been rearranged within 4 weeks both teams may forfeit
\nRearranged matches during the 1st half of the season must be played before the midpoint of the season wherever possible.
\nAll rearranged matches must be played 2 weeks before the end of the season
\nAll details of rearranged matches must be communicated on the WhatsApp captains group so the fixtures can be updated centrally
\nIf a match isn\u2019t played by the end of the season then both teams will forfeit all points for that game unless there is sufficient proof to suggest that one team has tried all efforts to rearrange, at which point points will be awarded to the \u2018innocent team\u2019 based on their seasons average.
